A Studio With a Hot Tub

The 600 square foot Summit Spa Studio is a studio with a kitchen and separate bath located above a two-car garage with a fenced backyard, outdoor spa, and outdoor fire pit area with seating for four. The sleeping and living area features a king-size bed, two swivel recliners, an electric fireplace, and a swivel-mounted large screen TV. The studio also has Wi-Fi and a speaker bar below the TV for playing your favorite music from your phone, tablet, or computer. The remodeled kitchen area has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a cozy dining area with a pedestal table and two dining chairs, and a wrap-around counter area with two bar stools for snacking and/or playing/working on your computer. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a floor heater located under the vanity to keep your feet toasty on chilly mornings. The Summit Spa Studio has a heating and air conditioning unit located next to the bed. The studio also has a basket containing board games and card games and a basket containing extra blankets for cozying up on the inside recliners or outside seating areas.

The sliding glass doors off the kitchen lead to the back patio and spa area. The outdoor grill and fire pit area are just a few steps away from the back patio. There is also a hammock for lounging or reading and a separate access gate to the backyard located near the side of the studio. One garage space of the two-car garage is available, along with off-street parking. The other garage space is used for the owner's storage. A washer and dryer is located on the side of the renter's garage space and can be accessed by the garage door underneath the stairs. The Summit Spa Studio is licensed to sleep two.

The Summit Spa Studio is dog friendly and has many amenities for your furry family members, from dog dishes, dog beds, and dog blankets to poop bags and pooper scoopers conveniently located outside near the back patio. We kindly ask that you pick up after your pooch.
