Our Prescott Place Vacation Rentals

We have two vacation rental units available in Prescott, Arizona. The units are next to one another on the same piece of property at 305 S Summit Ave. The Summit House Sanctuary is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a one-car garage, and the Summit Spa Studio is a studio with a two-car garage beneath it.

The Summit House Sanctuary and Summit Spa Studio are a short walking distance (only four blocks) to the Prescott Courthouse Square. Each rental is pet-friendly and has its own fenced back yard with two gates that can open to share the back yards if you rent both units. Each rental is designed to provide a private outdoor space, but, depending on your needs, you can rent one or both spaces.
