Two-Story, Two-Bedroom Home With Sauna and Wine Shed

The 1500 square foot Summit House Sanctuary is a two-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that includes a yoga room with a sauna and a fenced backyard with a separate outdoor wine shed. The top floor includes a kitchen, living area with wood burning stove, bedroom with king-size bed, and bathroom. The bottom floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed and TV, a cozy wall-mounted electric fireplace, and an attached bathroom. The bottom floor also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a yoga room with a steam sauna and IKEA sleeper sofa. The Summit House Sanctuary (licensed to sleep six) also has a one-car garage and off-street parking.

The yoga room is a place where you can stretch, meditate, and/or take a sauna. There are two yoga mats, a salt rock lamp, and an aromatherapy dispenser to help you achieve a calming presence.

The back patio located off the kitchen door has patio furniture and an outdoor grill. A small bridge from the patio leads to the stairs of the wine shed. The wine shed has an outdoor deck with two Adirondack chairs - a perfect spot to relax, read, sip your favorite beverage and enjoy the outdoors. Inside the wine shed is a solid wood bar, two bar stools, two comfy fabric-covered reading chairs with footstools, and a cozy wall-mounted electric fireplace – a perfect place to socialize, play cards or games, read, or just sit and soak up the quiet, peaceful space.

Board games and card games can be found in the game basket located in the upstairs living space, and extra blankets for curling up on the couch or on the outside decks can be found in the blanket and pillow basket located near the top of the stairs. The Summit House Sanctuary has a large screen TV with Cable, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth speaker, which can be taken outside.

The Summit House Sanctuary is dog friendly and has many amenities for your furry family members, from dog dishes, dog beds, and dog blankets to poop bags and pooper scoopers conveniently located outside at the back of the wine shed. We kindly ask that you pick up after your pooch.
